The Actors Workshop of South Florida
 Founded and Directed by Jane Kelly

• The Actors Workshop of South Florida evolved from a group of original Boca students who attended Jane's acting classes, into the progressive ongoing workshop which continues to produce working actors.
   
• The Actors Workshop original class members were so enthusiastic about their experience that inspired Jane to establish the permanent company we have today.
   
• The Actors Workshop Introductory Class is geared towards people who are looking for a creative outlet; to overcome shyness; to improve speaking and presentation skills; to just to have fun; and also for students who wish to act professionally.
   
• The Actors Workshop Ongoing Level is geared towards individuals who are interested in professional careers or participating in local theater groups. Students intensify their technique training. They also prepare resumes and monologues for auditions as well as network information. Many students are currently performing in the area after less than a year in the workshop.
   
• The Actors Workshop brings together people of all ages and backgrounds. Participants ages range from late teens to seventies.
   
• The Actors Workshop offers adult students a safe environment where through vocal exercises, improvisation, scene work and professional acting sides, they develop an acting technique that they can use to perform or enhance their creative and professional abilities.
   
• The Actors Workshop is priced reasonably so that students can afford to participate in an ongoing class without financial hardship.
   
• Jane Kelly has established the first permanent acting studio in Boca Raton for adults and has made `The Actors Workshop of South Florida' a lasting part of the Boca cultural community.
